As we navigate through this unprecedented time, our customers should know that Arlington Electric is open for communication and our phone lines are being monitored carefully to attend to electrical, generator and solar issues in a timely manner. Although we are following the strict guidelines mandated by our state, we remain a service company committed to the well being of the community.
As Electrical contractors and a leading Generac dealership, we provide essential and critical products and services. In fact, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security defines us as being in a “critical infrastructure industry” and any company under this designation “has a responsibility to maintain its normal work schedule.” We are also expected to appropriately balance public safety while ensuring the delivery of the services and functions during this period of COVID-19 emergency response. To do this we are following all state and federal guidelines to enlist strategies to reduce the likelihood of the spread of the disease.
As an essential service, responding to disasters is part of what we do.
